What if the service I need is not listed in your price list?

Do you customise your packages?

Yes, we understand that every business needs are different so we are happy to swap items in our packages to suit you.

 

Why does design and marketing cost so much?

We have over 20 years experience in graphic design and marketing (that alone is worth it — we have had the trial and error and know what works!). Plus we are good at what we do and use our vast experience to create amazing designs for you that connect with your audience. 

 

What are the payment terms?

We require 50% deposit before work begins and balance on completion of the project and before final files are supplied. We accept payments via bank deposit or PayPal/Stripe (with an additional 3% fee).

 

What is the process?

Once you have reviewed our price list/quote and are happy to go ahead with your project we will send you a welcome kit that contains the design brief, proposed timeline and invoice for deposit. In most cases you will also have a questionere to fill in so we can get all the info we need to get your designs done how you want them.

Once that is approved we will begin working on your designs. You will receive a proof of the designs and we will continue to modify your designs until approved. We will communicate via email unless you would prefer to have a chat during the process — in that case we can arrange a phone meeting which we will book in prior.

 

How long does the process take?

It depends on the project. We will create a timeline based on your deadline and our design times before the project begins.

 

How will files be supplied?

In most cases files will be supplied as a print ready PDF. If you require your artwork for web you will also be supplied with web files. 

Logo designs will be supplied as an Illustrator file, PDF, jpg and png. We can also supply in other formats if required.

 

Can we chat on the phone before I commit?

We sure can! If you are serious about working together email teresa@stylecreativeco.com and we can organise a 15 minute discovery call.

 

Can we meet in person?

If you are located in the Shepparton area and would prefer to meet in person that can be arranged. However, my time is valuable so I prefer to keep this option for those who have signed up or are very serious about signing up to work together.

Zoom is preferred.
